We train our employees in the proper handling of personal information which includes blacking out all but the last four digits of any written credit card account information after the payments have been entered into our merchant accounts. When we use other companies to provide services for us, we require them to protect the confidentiality of personal information they receive.

Information we receive from you when you register for services we provide such as conferences, training seminars, or technical newsletters, which could include your name, company, title, address, email, telephone number and fax number.
Information we receive from affiliated organizations such as the Pollution Control Users Group (PCUG) or Worldwide Pollution Control Association (WPCA), which could include your name, company, title, address, email, telephone number and fax number.

We may disclose any of the above information that we collect to affiliates and nonaffiliated third parties as described below.
Affiliates
We may disclose your personal information to affiliates such as exhibitors in our conferences, the PCUG and the WPCA electronically in a form like an Excel Spreadsheet which can be used to generate email or mailed notices of future events.
Nonaffiliated Third Parties
We may disclose personal information about you to nonaffiliated third parties by virtue of the fact that we post secured pdf copies of our attendance lists on our website for convenient access by all of customers.
